The luxury interior design brief was to transform the existing apartment into an elegant living.
When the house is beautiful, life in the home becomes luxurious! And Luxury lies in the feeling of comfort and convenience. So we had a thought that the apartment also needed to be brought up to date in terms of technology, incorporating the personality and style of our client to ensure a space that felt sophisticated yet comfortable and inviting.
If you will look at the configuration of space which is 3.5 BHK located at western suburbs of Mumbai, and to achieve comfort and inviting living we decided to create an additional space, a den cum guest bedroom with some minimal civil changes. also when it comes to luxury home interiors, it has become essential to design and finish one's space as per the latest, trendiest and most exclusive finishes, fixtures and fittings, furniture, furnishings etc .
At the entrance we have detached the bedroom wall to create a multipurpose unit in square shape pattern with different textures Veneer, Mirror & Green duco paint with a soundproof insulation for son’s bedroom who is awoken to blaring rock music.
The other bedrooms come with different textures and finishes to achieve the luxury living, also we have used long wooden beam at the ceiling to separate living and dining space.
Everyone loves having a lot of greenery in the balcony and to add outdoor feeling in living balcony, we added vertical artificial grass cladding, Square wooden tiles with 3" grass spacer and high coffee table and chairs where client can enjoy valuable outdoor time.
Moroccan has the much needed color drama for a fun and outgoing looking outdoor decor. Grey duco painted utility unit and Moroccan tile floor completely changed the utility area into additional dining balcony with tiny table & two chairs for chit chat.
In the end, we strive to achieve the perfect home and lifestyle that not only becomes your comfort zone and an extension of your personality, but also a special space that can be flaunted to friends and family.
