Private Residence
An elegant private residence nestled in South Mumbai, this 1200 sq.ft. Home is a complete design project from the foundation to installing the interior decor. The brief was to have minimum furniture with the possible use of graphics in design.
The space is 3BHK + Servant room with four major balconies attached to the living & bedroom spaces. We have attached the servant's room to the main apartment by doing some minimum civil changes, where we have turned the servant's room into their shoe wardrobe and additional wash/utility area. Also we have used the original utility into a dining space near the kitchen.
The entire house is designed based on minimum furniture where we have proposed no storage below bed, Wardrobe with mirror or glass shutters, cantilevered drawers and sleek storages. Living one big wall played with concrete texture and golden finished stripes inserted in between.
When it comes to decorating a football themed bedroom, the color scheme of your themed room will probably pay homage to your favorite team. Bedroom Graphics design proposed is as per their choices in bedroom also we have proposed indoor plants to keep the liveness throughout the house.
